This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub-categories of Android and Windows tablets.

1 year warranty (some may have longer warranty as specified)

Tablets are covered by a one-year warranty, while their accessories like cables and chargers are covered by a three-months warranty.

If the tablet is defective within one year from its delivery date, you can return it for a free repair.

The scope of this warranty excludes all damages caused by artificial factors, like dis-assembly, misuse, drops, falls, water, unofficial firmware, software modifications or similar causes both for tablets and their accessories.

If your return request has been approved, we will cover the entire repair fee, handling fee and the replacement fee of the defective component, except for motherboards and screens.

If one or more of accessories are faulty within three months from their delivery date, please send us some photos or a video of the problem and we will arrange a refund or a replacement after confirming the nature of the issue.

 Return policy

Tablets defective on arrival

If the tablet arrives broken, please contact us within 3 days from its delivery date, and then follow the instructions .

Due to the fact that tablets are considered high-value items, we may ask you to return the defective tablet before receiving a replacement or a refund.

Please include all of its accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries, in the returned parcel. If an accessory or component is missing, we will ask you to pay for it.

 Broken within one month

If the tablet appears to be defective within one month from its delivery date and the cause is related to its manufacturing process, we can arrange a refund, replacement, free repair or local maintenance based on its problem.

If the problem is caused by the tablet itself, we can arrange a refund or a replacement according to your preferences after sending it back to us. We will send you a refund of the return shipping fees if their cost is below $60 and will not cover them if their value is above $60.

We can offer you other forms of compensation in case the problem can be solved in other ways, as by upgrading the software or the version of the system.

 Broken over one month and within one year

If the tablet appears to be faulty after one month but within one year after its delivery date and the problem is caused by its manufacturing process, you are eligible for receiving a free repair of this product.

Please send us some photos or a video of the issue. If your return request has been approved, we will send you the return shipping address and other instructions.

After receiving the defective product and after it has been repaired, we will send it back to you with a free shipping method. We will then issue a 50% refund of the return shipping fees if they cost more than $15 but less than $60. We will not cover these fees if their cost exceeds these values.

The scope of this warranty excludes all damages caused by artificial factors, like dis-assembly, misuse, drops, falls, water, unofficial firmware, software modifications or similar causes both for tablets and their accessories.

 Local maintenance

If you do not want to pay the high return shipping fees, you can find a tablet repair shop in your country.

Please enquire about the estimated repair fees and inform us about this value before actually starting to repair the product.

We can pay the repair fees only if their cost does not exceed 30% of the tablet’s price and is below $40 in total. We will otherwise request you to return the product and allow us to fix it for free in our repair centre.

If the repairers cannot guarantee that the tablet can be fixed or need to disassemble it for assessing the nature of the problem, please ensure that they will not damage the product during the whole process.

If you send the product back to us for a free repair, we will ask you to pay an extra repair fee after inspecting and determining that there have been further damages caused by a third party.

If you are sure to be able to fix this problem, we can send you a replacement of one or more components or accessories. However, you should not damage this item during the whole process. We will ask you to pay an extra repair fee after inspecting and determining that the product has been further damaged. Unless you are confident and have the skills to repair it, we do not recommend trying to fix it yourself.

- The return shipping fees will be at the customer’s expense, except in case of DOA cases;

Mobile phones warranty & return policy

This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub-categories of smartphones and featured phones.

1 year warranty

Phones are covered by one-year warranty, and their accessories (batteries, cables, charges) by a one-month one.

If the phone stops working or becomes defective within one year from the date of delivery, customers can return it for a free repair.

The scope of this warranty excludes all damages caused by artificial factors, like dis-assembly, misuse, drops, falls, water, unofficial firmwares, software modifications or similar causes both for phones and their accessories.

If your return request has been approved, we will cover the entire repair fee, handling fee and the replacement fee for the defective component, except for motherboards and screens. If these two components are defective, please contact us within 3 days after delivery. However, we will not be responsible for paying the return shipping fees.

If accessories like batteries, chargers or cables are faulty within one month from the date of arrival, we can arrange a refund or a reshipment after the nature of the problem has been confirmed. In order to do so, please send us some photos or a video showing the issue clearly.

Return policy

If the phone arrives broken, please contact us within 3 days from its delivery date, and then follow the instructions .

Due to the fact that phones are considered high-value items, we may ask you to return the defective phone before receiving a replacement or a refund.

Please include all of its accessories, like cables, chargers, batteries, in the returned parcel. If an accessory or component is missing, we will ask you to pay for it.

Faulty within one month

If the phone appears to be defective within one month from its delivery date and the cause is related to its manufacturing process, we can arrange a repair or a replacement in case the item can not be repaired.

Please return the product and we will arrange a replacement or repair after receiving it and confirming that the issue is caused by defective materials, components or workmanship.

We will not cover the return shipping fees.

We can offer you other forms of compensation in case the problem can be solved in other ways, as by upgrading the software or the version of the system.

Electronic warranty & return policy

This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub categories of Arduino SCM, 3D printers accessories, electronic accessories, and similar gadgets.

Within 180 days

If there are any product quality problems which are not caused by artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse, drops or falls, water damage, unofficial firmware, software modifications or any others causes of damage, we will cover the return shipping fees based on the shipping receipt you will provide only if these charges are worth less than US$40. 

If the damage is related to the screen, this situation should not be considered to be included in the scope of this warranty.

If you would like to repair this product, please return it and we will forward it to our repair centers. In this case, you should be responsible for paying the return shipping fees and the repair fees. If there will be any further costs occurred during the return or repair process, you should also be responsible for this.

We will send you a bill showing all the charges we have to pay before sending it back to you.

After 180 days from shipment

All warranty requests will be rejected after 180 days from shipment.

Return policy

DOA (Dead on arrival) items

If the product (except for DIY kits) has arrived broken, please contact us within 3 days from the day you received it and then follow instructions.

 

Electric unicycle/balance scooter warranty & return policy

This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub-categories of electric unicycles and balance scooters.

DOA (Dead on arrival) items

If the product arrived broken, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving the package and follow the instructions.

Warranty

  • The battery has a 6 months warranty;
  • The main board and motor are covered by a one-year warranty;
  • Accessories like training wheels and chargers have a three months warranty;

If one of the above-mentioned components are faulty while still inside the validity period of their warranty, you can demand a new part (main board, battery, motor, shell or other part) for free repair.

The scope of this warranty excludes all damages caused by artificial factors, like dis-assembly, misuse, drops, falls, water, unofficial firmware, software modifications or similar causes both for computers and their accessories.

We will be in charge of all the replacement fees for these components and can offer professional assistance on how to replace the parts.

Local maintenance

Normally the unit would not be defective as a whole but parts of it may wear out. Proper maintenance is essential to get the most out of your unit. Due to the high return shipping fees, we strongly suggest you change or repair the inner parts of the unit by yourself under our professional guidance. In this situation, we request you to open the shell to take some photos or video to determine the problem, which will not affect the warranty in this case.
We will offer you a replacement of the battery or main board for free after confirming the problem. If there is a motorbike repair shop in your country, you can also request a quotation and inform us before fixing the item. We will be in charge of the repair fee only if its cost is not more than 20% of the price of the product and is below $60 in total.

Return policy

This type of products cannot be returned due to their heavy weight and high shipping fees. We will offer parts replacement, technical support or repair if a fault develops.

If accessories are defective for non-artificial reasons within three months from the delivery date, please send us photos or a video showing the issue, then we can arrange to resend or refund once we have confirmed the issue.
Artificial factors such as dis-assembly, misuse, drops or falls, water damage, unofficial firmware, software modifications or any others causes of damage are not covered by this warranty.

Note:

  • If you cannot charge the device since you received the wrong adapter, we will send you another adapter suitable for your country.
  • The battery life of the electric unicycle/balance scooter will be influenced by the user’s weight, road condition, amount of time spent going up and down hills, time of continuous utilization, temperature and other variables related to the environment. To lengthen the battery life we suggested you to keep an even speed and do not accelerate or stop frequently.

 

Clothing, apparel, swimsuits & lingerie return policy

This return policy is applicable to all items purchased from our clothing and apparel categories, which include swimwear and lingerie.

Quality problems (DOA)

If the item arrived broken, damaged or with defects, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date and then follow the instructions

Return unsatisfactory product

If there are no quality-related issues, but you are still not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible to return the items for a refund within 3 days of receiving your order. We will refund you the items price after we have received your package and inspected it.

Note:
-All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.
-You will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred.
-Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, earrings lingerie, underwear, swimwear cannot be returned. If there is a manufacturing fault with your clothing or it does not match what you ordered, please do not hesitate to submit a DOA claim.

Received the wrong item

You can:
1) Exchange it for the new correct item;

2) Return it for a full refund.
Please contact us and send us the details about the wrong item within 3 days after delivery. We will resend the correct item for free or refund you the full price.
Note: All returned items must be in brand-new condition, unused, unwashed and with original tags and packaging.

Size does not match

We have listed all the details about item sizes on the related product pages. If you find the size does not fit, please check our description and your order information first.
1) Size not as ordered: You can contact us directly for a full refund or a free replacement of the item in the correct size.

2) Size as ordered but does not fit: There may be a 3cm/1.5 inch size inaccuracy due to hand measurements. You can contact us and apply for a return. In these cases, you will be responsible for all shipping fees incurred. Due to hygiene reasons, underwear, earrings lingerie, underwear, swimwear cannot be returned. We recommend you carefully check the size of your items before ordering.

3) If the size difference is greater than 3cm/1.5 inch, we will cover the cost of the return postage. Please contact us to arrange a return. 

Colour does not match

The precise colour of the items may vary depending on the specific computer screen, the settings and the lighting conditions. Slight colour mismatches between the colour of your item and the colour shown on screen may not mean that the item is defective or mismatched. However, if you feel that you have received an item in the wrong colour you can follow the same procedure as detailed in the section above “Received the wrong item“.

This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub-categories of toys and hobbies products.

If the item arrives broken or is faulty, please do not hesitate to contact us within 3 days from its delivery date, and then follow the instructions.

Due to the fact that these are considered high-value items, you may have to return the defective product, which should come with all its accessories, like cable, charger, and battery. If a component or accessory is missing, we will ask you to pay for it.

We will cover the return shipping fees.

If the item is faulty within 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment and the problem is caused by its manufacturing process, we will arrange a replacement or a refund according to your preferences.

We will cover the return shipping fees, which will be refunded to you after the defective item has arrived in our warehouse. Any further costs incurred during the return process will be at your expense. After receiving the product, we will arrange the refund or the reshipment order.

If the problem can be solved in other ways by upgrading the system or receiving some spare parts, please contact us  to receive further assistance.

Accidental damage and damage resulting from misuse, abuse or any other cause not related to the product itself are not covered by this warranty.

 Broken after 3 days

If the item is broken 3 days after delivery or 30 days after shipment, we cannot guarantee a refund, replacement or a repair.

Watch phones & smart bracelets warranty

This warranty and return policy are only available for the sub-categories of watch phones and smart bracelets. 

6 months warranty

Watch phones are covered by a six-months warranty, while their accessories like batteries, cables, and chargers are covered by a one-month one.

If the watch phone you purchased is faulty within 6 months from its delivery date, you can return it for a free repair.

Note: Smart bracelets are covered by a 3-months warranty.

Damages resulting from causes other than defects in materials and workmanship, including but not limited to accident, abuse, misuse, neglect, improper assembly, improper repair, improper maintenance, alteration, fluid invasion, modification or other abnormal, excessive or improper use will result in immediate loss of warranty.

If your return request is approved, we will cover the entire costs resulting from repairing fees, handling fees and replacement charges. Please be informed that the motherboard and screen of your watch phone are not included in this free-repair policy.

If accessories like batteries, chargers or cables are found to be faulty within one month after the date of delivery, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund once you have sent us some photos or videos proving the issue occurred with your purchase.

Return policy

DOA (Dead on arrival)

If you received a faulty watch phone, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery and follow instructions. 

Since watch phones are high-value items, we may ask you to return the defective item before sending a replacement or issuing a refund. When returning a watch phone, you should also ship all the accessories originally included with the item you ordered (e.g. cables, chargers and battery). If even one spare part or accessory is missing, we will ask you to pay for it. We will cover the return shipping fee for this item.

If you receive a faulty smart bracelet, please contact us within 3 days from the date of delivery. We can arrange a replacement or a refund according to your preferences.

Note: You are responsible for every customs charge or tariff applicable to the item you wish to return. In similar cases, we will deduct the customs duties we had to pay from the amount of money you will be refunded.

Broken within one month

If the watch phone or smart bracelet is found to be faulty within one month from the day of delivery, the warranty allows you to receive a replacement, a refund or a free repair according to the issues occurred with the item you ordered. If the item is defective, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund according to your preference. However, you will need to return the item you ordered. Once we have received it and we have confirmed the problems of your product, we will send you a replacement or issue a refund. Nonetheless, the amount of money that you will receive as a refund does not cover the return shipping fees.

Accidental damage and damage resulting from misuse, abuse or any other cause not related to the product itself are not covered by this warranty.

Broken after one month and within 6 months

If the watch phone you bought is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault after one month but within 6 months after delivery, you are eligible for free repair. Our customer service team will assess the problem and ask you to provide some photos or videos of the issue. If you request is approved, we will send you the return address and the instructions on how to send the item back to us for a free repair. When the defective watch phone has been repaired, we will send it back to you through a free shipping method. However, we are not to be held responsible of the shipping fees for returning the item. Accidental damage and damage resulting from misuse, abuse or any other cause not related to the product itself are not covered by this warranty.

Note: Smart bracelets are not included in the list of products covered by this type of warranty.

Local maintenance

If you do not want to return the item in order to avoid high return shipping fees, you can contact a local smart watch repair shop in your country. First you need to inquire about the repair fee and then you should inform us about the quoted cost before repairing it. We will pay the repair fee only if its cost is not over 30% of the price of the watch phone and is below $30 in total. Otherwise we might suggest you to send the item back to us for a free repair.

If the repairer cannot guarantee that the watch phone can be fixed and needs to disassemble the item for a further check, you need to ensure this process will not damage the watch phone in any possible way. If there is any disassemble damage and then you send it to us for a free repair, we will ask for an extra repair fee when we inspect the item and determine any further damage caused by a third party.

We can send you the replacement screen or other spare parts if you are sure that you can fix the item by yourself. However, during the whole process of repairing you should not damage the watch phone even further. If there is any damage caused by a wrong dismantlement and then you sent the item back to us for a free repair, we will ask for an extra repair fee for any further damage caused by your attempt to repair the item. Unless you are confident that you will successfully repair the product and have all the related skills, we do not recommend you to try to fix it by yourself.
